Prices for Pokemon cards are primarily driven by pull odds, with most people opening packs in hopes of pulling some form of Illustration Rare. There are other factors, such as playability in the current TCG Meta, but this contributes less to price; this is evident based on the fact that nothing on this list is played in a competitive decklist currently.
